Hi Fellow Bloggers
My name is Sarah. I am the mother of two angels. One living with me and one living with God. I am a Registered Nurse and love it. I am married to a very difficult but loving man. I have fibromyalgia and polycystic ovarian disease along with varied other medical problems. I always have alot on my mind and feel that I need someplace to share it. So here it is. This is a "collection" of my life stories, take what you want leave what you dont but please dont ever post negative feedback or karma with bite you in the ass. I usually enjoy my life but I will on frequeny occasion use this as a 'venting' outlet. So please be warned up front. I love to hear stories or suggestions from other people experiencing the same things as I do.

So todays blog is easy. Work. I am working as we speak I sit in the cafeteria of the hospital racking my brains with ways to make my nursing unit better. To improve patient fall rates, increase heart failure education. I have been through so may meetins today I think that my mind is about shut off, therego the creation of my new blog. I am very glad that I was chosen for such a wonderful job, it makes me feel like the duties I do here are appriciated and that I excel in what I do. I hope to have more as we go forth with the plan of action that I have created.

In other news, I started taking cymbalta for my fibro. This will be day two so we'll see how I feel by the end of the week. Hopefully wonderful and I can put my percocet away for good. Christmas season is here and I cant wait for cookie making and movie watching. I hope that with all the exciting festivities I am able to keep up like a normal person.

Thanks for reading or not reading. Take care tonight and enjoy the fightful weather!
